If you have an issue or question that requires immediate assistance, you can click the button below to chat live with a Customer Service representative.

Depending on the product, please allow 7-14 business days for order processing as all items are made to order. Then it will be shipped through USPS First Class Service. Once the package is shipped you will receive tracking information.

If an order needs to be rush, please contact us by email info@klascrafts.com. A rush fee will be applied.

Yes. Please click the request custom orders tab to submit your custom order. We will review the request and inform the customer if we are capable of fulfilling the order within 24-48 hours of submission. Custom orders turn around time is 1-2 weeks. Please allow me the time needed to make your piece perfect.

Yes. We will send a proof for your approval prior to production, but only with custom orders.

We are open for business Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm. Please contact us via email at info@klascrafts.com with any questions.

We don't provide support during weekends or holidays.

Unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been placed. Please confirm orders before placing them as we will not be able to offer exchanges or returns. All sales are Final. Please make sure you use the correct address. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to wrong address entered. K-La’s Crafts is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items/packages. (NO REFUNDS/ NO EXCHANGES)
